Denkou Choujin Gridman

Before Sam Collins, there was Naoto Sho. Released in 1993 by Tsuburaya Productions (the makers of Ultraman!), Gridman is the original "Computer World" hero.

Differences from SSSS

The Villain: In Gridman, the villain is Takeshi Todo. He is much darker than Malcolm Frink.
The Demon Lord: Instead of Kilokahn, we have Khan Digifer.
The Tone: Gridman is serious tokusatsu action!

Legacy

Gridman inspired the anime SSSS.GRIDMAN in 2018! It proves the Computer World never dies.
